AVERY PIANTEDOSI

As a recognized leader in her field, Avery Piantedosi specializes in Commercial Real Estate sales and is the commercial division director for Max Broock. Her expertise includes property disposition, tenant representation, investment property sales and site development.

Avery started her commercial real estate career in 2003, tasked with identifying and analyzing multi-family investment properties. She co-founded Metro Property Wholesalers, a company responsible for seeking out and liquidating multi family bulk portfolios for national investors.

During the recession, Avery focused on bank owned and short sale property listings where she maximized her relationships with local and national lenders. She also created an online lead generation and short sale processing system to obtain and service both residential and commercial clients.

As the market started its’ recovery, Avery relocated to Central Florida, where she opened her own real estate brokerage specializing in selling commercial investment properties and listing luxury, waterfront parcels. She also worked with out of state investors looking to capitalize on the booming Florida commercial marketplace. 

  During this time Avery partnered with a large commercial real estate brokerage which concentrated in land development and construction management where she helped to successfully entitle over $45M worth of property.  While joining this team she expanded her expertise in site selection, analysis and acquisition, assemblage of parcels, contract negotiation, zoning and permitting, site design and construction. The team’s national clients included Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreens and Wells Fargo bank.

  Avery’s entrepreneurial insight also led her to become Founder and CEO of LifeKnight, LLC, a software startup. This gives her a unique perspective to understand and work with a variety of clients from early stage startups and smaller enterprises to established, existing businesses.

Her progressive approach and “thrill of the hunt” outlook allows Avery to uncover, procure and improve Southeast Michigan’s most valuable, untapped Real Estate for her clients and her expanding team.
